Well-known estate agency group opens specialist ‘new homes core’

London-based Felicity J Lord estate agency group has opened a specialist ‘new homes core’ in its Canary Wharf branch to manage the growing number of new homes developments across the capital.

The team of new homes specialists all have specific knowledge about the 37 new developments they are currently managing across London and provide new home buyers with a bespoke service.

They work alongside the company’s residential, lettings, legal and Just Mortgages team and the property management teams.

Davinia White, divisional director for Felicity J Lord, said: “With the increasing number of new developments across London it made sense to concentrate our new homes expertise in one office. We specialise in everything that’s new, especially shared ownership and Help to Buy developments.

“What we don’t know about buying, selling and financing new homes isn’t worth knowing. We are the UK’s leading new homes specialist with an enviable reputation, built through extensive knowledge and experience within the new homes industry.”

She added: “All 11 Felicity J Lord offices across London still sell our new homes stock but our new homes team acts as the first point of contact.

“They know everything about each development so they can provide the client with a personal service. They run special viewing sessions and launches and will create the correct marketing strategy for each demographic of buyer for each development and are always on hand to answer questions. The client receives a fantastic service and buyers will gain the best advice for their new homes purchase.”

Tim Wardley, the company’s land and new homes MD, added: “This is a significant investment as it is important that we continue to provide our developers and our customers with a first-class service.”
