The Best Estate Agent Guide to target home movers in new campaign

Peter Knight

Ahead of Christmas and the so-called Boxing Day property “bounce”, the Best Estate Agent Guide is targeting millions of potential home movers in its biggest social media campaign to date.

The consumer campaign encourages those considering moving home in the new year to look for agents using the Best Estate Agent Guide gold and silver medals and emphasises why featuring in the Guide is a mark of industry approval.

Those behind the Best Estate Agent Guide have boldly claimed that agents who have achieved a medal will sell properties for 1.4% more on average, let properties 97% faster than their competition and have significantly better customer service than their competitors. They have cited a study, carried out in partnership with TwentyEA, as evidence to support their assertion.

The guide aims to help homeowners compare agents, ranking them based on their customer service, overall performance – including price achieved and time to sell or let, and data from Google reviews.

“Choosing an agent is a difficult decision, but the process is made so much easier by the Best Estate Agent Guide,” said Peter Knight, founder of the Best Estate Agent Guide.

In our biggest social media campaign to date, we are putting the medals in front of more homeowners than ever before, signposting millions of consumers to this fantastic resource,” he added. “Displaying your award is the perfect way to stand out from the crowd and prove your agency really is one of the best.”

Best Agent is subjective and impermanent.
Best-Fit agent is what every homeowner should seek to find. Where competence and performance give way to Character.
An agency that is implicitly trusted because of WHO they are – not because of what they claim to do, ever so well.

I do agree that clients need to look at the quality of agent but not every “great” agent wants to pay out to display an award
