New lettings law firm launched by well-known industry suppliers

HomeLet, Let Alliance, and Rent4sure have joined forces with a view to ‘shaking up’ the landlord legal services sector with the launch of a new law firm, Legal for Lettings.

Leveraging their extensive experience in handling unpaid rent and tenancy disputes, these firms are expanding their offerings with a view to winning greater market share in the letting sector.

Legal for Lettings will provide letting agents and landlords with access to legal support, regardless of whether rent guarantee protection is in place.

The people behind Legal for Lettings say the new business “aims to disrupt the status quo” by revolutionising the legal landscape for rental industry professionals.

From debt recovery and legal support for residential landlords, to trespassing and tenant eviction, Legal for Lettings provides a wide range of services.

“We have one objective – to represent and support landlords”, said Will Eastman, director of Legal for Lettings. “Our mission is to deliver practical and straightforward landlord legal solutions, stripping away unnecessary complexities, jargon, and excessive costs. By focusing on exceptional service quality, we aim to become the go-to legal partner for landlords and letting agents across the rental industry.”

I am confident that our customers will see through this attempt to mis lead them. As the old proverb says, “Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.” I take this as a compliment that our biggest competitor see us as a successful brand worth copying. We are confident that our customers will continue to choose Legal for Landlords because of our dedication to providing high-quality, professional services and our commitment to putting our clients first.

This is all very odd; your business never crossed our mind when we put the brand together for our new venture, or at any other time for that matter. Our business delivers legal services to the letting sector, it really is that simple.
