All agents should consider embracing available PropTech to streamline their processes, drive more business, and remain competitive from onboarding through to tenancy conclusion, according to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).

The TDS is urging agents to join its CEO, Steve Harriott, on its latest webinar.

Together with Fraser Sutherland, managing director of SME Professional; Mitch Handley, marketing manager at Inventory Hive; William Arrowsmith, sales team lead at Fixflo; and Kristjan Byfield, mission commander at The Depositary, the webinar aims to get insider expert knowledge on how using an integrated, seamless approach to the delivery of differing services can help simplify the work of letting agents.

The webinar, which is currently available on-demand, brings all of these industry players together to talk openly about how they are passionate about integrating deposit protection, CRM, inventory management, repairs and end of tenancy solutions.

TDS invited Reagan Bradley, operations director at Paramount Properties, who utilise technology solutions through TDS Insured and Custodial schemes, to provide insight into the time-saving efficiencies which supplier integration brings for agents and their customers.
