Spicerhaart has launched a new vocational development programme to help employees and career switchers gain formal career-related qualifications.

The independent estate agency group says that it currently has around 150 employees participating on the programme and aims to be able to offer a qualification to every member of Spicerhaart.

Emma Barber, Spicerhaart’s head of learning and development, said: “In order to develop and build our employees’ careers further we have combined our cutting-edge technology with our passion for learning and development to launch our Spicerhaart Vocational Development Programme.

“We have grown our highly skilled learning and development team so they can deliver an industry-leading catalogue of courses whilst also working with an external qualification, Babington, provider to provide industry-specific qualifications.

“We also have access to one of the world’s leading digital learning platforms which provides our staff with a fully blended approach to their professional and personal development.”

Spicerhaart, whose agencies include haart, Chewton Rose, Felicity J Lord, Haybrook, Howards, Butters John Bee and Darlows, offers a number of qualifications including: Level 2 Estate Agency, Level 3 Housing and Property Management, Level 3 Business Administration, Level 4 Housing and Property Management, Level 3 CIPD, Level 4 Associate Project Manager, Level 5 Coaching Professional and Level 5 CIPD.

Barber added: “The Spicerhaart Vocational Development Programme is fully supported by all of our Senior Management Team who are committed to supporting individuals on the programme. As a result, we have invested considerable resources and tools to ensure every individual succeeds.”
