LMS, the conveyancer and panel management specialist, has announced a new partnership with ProConveyancing, a residential conveyancing firm, to launch a guarantee that all remortgages directed to ProConveyancing through LMS SELECT will be completed within 10 days of all documents being returned.

For the past two years, ProConveyancing has been working with estate agents, brokers, lenders, auction houses and other property professionals and organisations to provide their clients conveyancing.

This new partnership follows the recent announcement that the first ever fully automated remortgage has been completed by LMS, and the incentive offers customers money back if the preferred completion date is not met.
