New estate agency launches

Mario Carrozzo

Caridon Group, a well-established property investment and management firm with more than 15 years of industry experience, has announced the launch of Caridon Estates.

Having built a portfolio of approximately 2,500 units through acquisition, development, leasing, and joint ventures, Caridon Estates is now entering the estate agency market.

In a bid to hit the ground running, Caridon Estates has positioned itself as more than just a traditional agency, pledging to ‘go beyond the standard offerings’ and help clients get the most amount of money possible for their properties.

“Over the years, we’ve developed an in-depth understanding of how to maximise the value of properties,” said Mario Carrozzo, CEO of Caridon Estates. “Our goal is to use this expertise to help clients achieve the best possible return on their assets, providing insights that could otherwise be overlooked.”

According to Carrozzo, Caridon Estates will offer a broad range of ‘value-added’ services designed to meet the needs of residential and commercial clients. These services include sales and lettings for both residential and commercial properties, property and asset management, acquisitions and joint ventures, a guaranteed rent scheme, along with additional services including probate solutions, home staging, and house clearance.

Carrozzo adds that while Caridon Estates will have a strong focus on South London, its services will be available across the entire London region.

“Our approach is about helping clients achieve more than just a sale or let,” said Akeel Alidina, director for Caridon Estates. “We want to offer them the tools and advice they need to maximise their property’s full potential.”
