“With the desire to live in Clapham ever increasing, our aim is to provide a bespoke service and a local expertise that has been trusted for generations.”

John D Wood & Co. reports that demand for family houses has been unprecedented, with some landlords in South West areas such as Battersea and Wandsworth achieved rents of up to 7.9% over their initial asking price, with options of selecting tenants from highly competitive bids.

Polly Ogden Duffy, managing director at John D Wood & Co., commented: “Opening our new branch in Abbeville Village is a response to demand from our existing clients who either already own property locally, or want support in sourcing the right home.

“The pandemic has cemented the requirement for more space internally as well as green space, which is exactly what Clapham boasts.”

Best thing about a new branch would be you have no tenants…( for a while)
