Peter Alan in Wales has acquired West Quay Estates & Lettings as part of its long term strategy to increase market share and extend its geographical network.

West Quay Estates & Lettings is an established independent property business, founded four years ago, which focuses on selling and letting property in Barry.​​​​​​​

This acquisition will see West Quay Estates & Lettings staff retained and the business will begin to trade under the Peter Alan brand name.

This will bring the total number of offices in the Peter Alan network to 30, two of which will now be located within Barry, strengthening the agency’s position within the town.

Peter Alan’s managing director, Andrew Barry, commented: “The business [West Quay Estates & Lettings] is a great fit for our expansion plans and perfectly complements our current branch network.

“The council has ambitious plans for developing the future of Barry and we want to be a part of that which is why we’ll be keeping both the West Quay branch as well as our existing branch on Ty Newydd Road in order for us to extend our range of market leading services to even more customers.

Peter Alan is open to new opportunities to acquire existing sales or lettings business across South Wales and is keen to hear from business owner’s looking to sell or who wish to grow as part of a wider group.
