A contestant in the new TV series Married at First Site UK, which hit our screens last night, is an estate agent.
The new series of the originally Australian reality TV show, which is being shown on E4, features Sixteen singletons, including hopeful bride-to-be, 25-year-old Tayah Victoria, which Channel 4 says is an estate agent from Welwyn Garden City.
In last night’s show, the women and men met for the first time during their raucous stag and hen dos.
While the grooms-to-be discussed trying to find their dream match, the brides revealed what they are looking forward to getting intimate with their partners, with Victoria revealing that her family are “completely on the fence” about the experiment.
The estate agent added: “These poor men, they don’t know what’s coming to them.”
This year’s series has been revamped to follow the Australian format, and rather than legal marriages, the couples will make a lifelong commitment to one another at a glamorous ceremony, overseen by a wedding celebrant, that includes guests, bridal gowns, dancing, speeches and cake.
Victoria is not the first estate agent to appear on reality TV this summer.
Estate agents Tyler Cruickshank and Faye Winter recently appeared on Love Island.
