Estate agency industry’s first AI websites are launched

The industry’s first instant loading AI websites have been launched by Estate Track after almost a year in development and forms part of their website marketing platform for estate agents.

Daniel Lack, co-founder and DMA email council member, commented: “Over the past year, website technology has changed rapidly with the introduction of modern development tools, servers, Ai technologies and Google’s ever-increasing focus on performance and as a consequence, we are seeing many agents who have standardised templated sites, falling behind their competitors.”

By utilising cutting edge technology, Estate Track claim to have developed a suite of tools that are not only are redefining the user and Lead Generation experience, but are doing so at less cost.

Among industry firsts and especially as visual content has become increasingly vital in capturing the attention of visitors, Estate Track say that they can now offer an enhanced user experience by incorporating property videos directly into listing results, providing a more immersive and convenient browsing experience.

Stephen Phillips, co-founder Estate Track, commented “End-users no longer need to click thorough to the individual properties to start engaging with video tours, speeding up the process and in turn, vendors and landlords can instantly see that the agents site is a far more advanced giving another reason to instruct based on the forward-thinking approach of the agent”.

He continued: “The main advantage we have is the ability to deploy any performance updates or new features to every site at once. It takes longer for us to send an email to inform clients they now have a new feature than it does for us to deploy it. Our clients benefit from an ever increasing set of tools as we aim to increase the value of our platform, and never have to worry about changes as they’ve already been done – whether its Google needing a new Schema, the inclusion of a new lead generation tool or just the stamp duty rates changing.”
