Do you think the latest Sold.co.uk advert posted on social is misleading? Eric Walker, MD at Martin & Co, certainly seems to think so.

Walker is referring to an advert (see below) currently circulating on Twitter.

The advert claims that Sold.co.uk provides a better way to sell your home – ‘faster than any other agent’ – and Walker would clearly like the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) to investigate.

Sold.co.uk claims that they will sell a property for free, and that it only makes money “if we beat your asking price”.

Regarding the Sold.co.uk advert, Walter tweeted yesterday: “@ASA_UK. Interesting. Obviously false and misleading. Is this acceptable?”
