Connells launches shared ownership hub

Connells Midlands has announced the launch a new shared ownership hub, offering a bespoke 360 degree service to assist registered providers in delivering affordable housing to the region.

The shared ownership hub will provide an end-to-end service for developers and registered providers in the Midlands region. Benefits will include: acquiring and introducing land proposals, launching of affordable housing sites all the way through to the full application, qualification, and viewing and home demonstration processes.

“The launch of our shared ownership hub will transform the process for registered providers and developers offering affordable housing,” said Annabel Willetts, new homes sales manager at Connells. “While many registered providers may use multiple third party services, we provide a unique, end-to-end offering that covers all aspects of the process and takes the usual stresses out of affordable housing. We urge anyone with Shared Ownership homes to sell to contact us as soon as possible to discuss what our brand new and exclusive shared ownership Hub can offer.”

Connells says that the shared ownership hub will also be a great source of information for potential clients researching the scheme. Services will include: assisting Shared Ownership applications, full credit and financial checks, and one-on-one meetings with Shared Ownership Specialists to discuss a variety of options.

We need more instructions-lets create a Hub. Someone -somewhere needs to find another name for a Hub(which is usually a desk in the corner of an existing office)!
