Alex Tan promoted to group sales director of Andrews Property Group
Andrews Property Group has promoted Alex Tan to group sales director.
Tan has worked at Andrews for more than 10 years, starting as an assistant branch manager before moving into branch management. She later set-up Andrews’ central contact centre, and most recently lead the Bristol and Bath regional sales team, as regional sales director since 2019.
David Powell, managing director of Andrews Property Group, said “Alex has been a central part of the estate agency team for over 10 years, her regional successes this year include hitting the regional income target with a month to go. She plays a pivotal role in supporting group initiatives, building links with charity partners, and playing an active role within the wider industry. I’m looking forward to seeing her lead our 40 branch teams to deliver on our ambitions for 2025 and beyond.”
Tan commented “Having dedicated the last ten years to Andrews Property Group, I couldn’t be more excited to continue my journey with such a remarkable company. Andrews is truly one of a kind, the only estate agency in the UK owned by a charity, Andrews Charitable Trust. As I step into this new role, I feel incredibly fortunate to collaborate with our outstanding teams across our branch network. Together, we’ll continue to grow the business, make a positive impact, and build on the legacy of what makes Andrews so special. Here’s to new challenges, unlocking opportunities and an exciting future ahead!”
