Knight Frank appoints new letting head maternity cover in its Chelsea office
Knight Frank’s Chelsea office has welcomed Willow Bushnell as head of lettings maternity cover for Ellie White as of July 2023.
Bushnell started her letting career at Foxtons in 2012, throughout her seven years there, she worked in a number of offices, across prime central London.
In 2019, Bushnell moved to CBRE as Property Consultant in their West End office and has most recently worked for John D Wood, covering Notting Hill and Kensington, before being asked to take over their Battersea office.
In her new role, Bushnell will run Knight Frank’s letting office in Chelsea. She will be tasked with leading a team of negotiators and building the firm’s market share in the area.

LRG appoints regional property directors
Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has made three internal promotions at a senior level within its property management team.
Karen Shepherd, George Cartwright and Natalie Springer are all promoted from regional manager to regional director.
Karen Shepherd is currently a regional manager in the property management department in LRG’s head office. She oversees property management for Romans, Gibbs Gillespie and Moginie James across the South East, London, Swindon, Bristol and Wales, overseeing 88 members of staff.
She had worked for John Mortimer since 2007 and the company was acquired by Romans in 2013. From property manager, she was promoted to area manager, regional manager and most recently regional director.
George Cartwright was an apprentice at IMS Lettings, which was acquired by Leaders in 2016. Over nine years, he has been promoted no fewer than eight times. His roles have included maintenance, inspections, home guide, valuations, re-lets, renewals and property management.
Cartwright has been in management since the age of 21, when he headed up the inspections department for Leaders branches within Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. He is based at LRG’s Pride Park office in Derby.
As a regional director in the property management team, cartwright will oversee 15 branches across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Warwickshire, providing high standards of customer service and property maintenance for both landlords and tenants.
Natalie Springer joined LRG in March 2022 as a regional manager in the property management division. The wide area for which she is responsible extends from Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire to Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
Prior to joining LRG, Springer was an area property manager for an independent agent in Oxford. Before that, she worked as both a sales manager and head of property management in Savills’ Barbados office.

Iona Reid joins Bridge Help
Chesterfield-based Bridge Help has appointed Iona Reid to its business development team.
Reid brings a background in property sales and lettings to the role, joining the short-term finance provider from Keepmoat Homes where she was a sales executive.
Prior to this, she was a lettings manager with Your Move SDS.
She said: “I am really looking forward to working with such a supportive team and within the short-term finance sector. I have plenty of transferable skills from previous roles within the property industry and I’m inspired by new Manager, Katie and what she has achieved.”
