New head of lettings for Savills Bishops Park office

Savills has promoted Christina McLean to head up the lettings department in its Bishops Park office in Fulham.

McLean steps into the role with circa seven years’ experience within Savills lettings division having worked her way up from the firm’s client services team to negotiator and associate roles in Fulham, Notting Hill and St John’s Wood before her most recent appointment as head of department in Bishops Park.

McLean’s appointment will see her work closely with the firm’s sister office in Parsons Green as together they look to grow market share across W6 and SW6.

McLean commented: “Growing up, living and now working in Fulham has given me a really detailed knowledge of the area and I am looking forward to using that skill to grow our market share and continue to build, maintain and nurture relationships with both landlords and tenants.”

Her encyclopaedic knowledge of Fulham and the surrounding areas will certainly pay dividends when it comes to securing new business and I am certain she will be an asset to our thriving lettings business in the capital.”

Emma Munday joins Harding Green

Emma Munday has joined the Harding Green team. Having worked in the prime central London property market for over 15 years, following a degree in Real Estate Management, she went on to work for two leading firms in Kensington & Chelsea before founding Munday Property Consultancy.

Harding Green will provide Munday, as a self-employed agent, with back office, IT, marketing, admin and compliance to help support her residential agency. In return, she will pay a share of the fees she generates to the franchise business.

With three more agents onboarding over the next few months, Harding Green says it is attracting more experienced agents wishing to go self-employed and expect to grow its team to 40 people by the end of 2023.

Hartnell Taylor Cook appoints new director

Hartnell Taylor Cook has announced the appointment of James Proctor to head up its new London office agency in the role of director and head of central London offices.

Previously a partner at Allsop LLP, Proctor brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked across a number of different sectors within the property market, including auction, office leasing, and asset management.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, his appointment comes at a time of growth for Hartnell Taylor Cook’s London office agency team.

Proctor said: “Hartnell Taylor Cook’s reputation precedes itself and I have been extremely impressed by the breadth and quality of services that the firm offers. It’s an exciting period of growth for the team and I look forward to being part of that.”
