Solicitor and estate agent Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace LLP (RCCW), based in the North East, has added to its residential property team at its Inverurie branch with the appointment of three new members of staff.

The company has responded to greater demand for property by hiring Kim Smart, Rachael Morrison and Nicola Thomas.

Smart, who has more than 10 years’ experience working in the residential property industry, joins from Ledingham Chalmers as an associate solicitor and branch principal.

Morrison, who recently qualified as a solicitor, has experience in both residential and rural property, as well as private client law, and will now provide conveyancing support, while property consultant Thomas has plenty of experience working in residential property sales and valuations in and around the North East of Scotland.

Bill Barclay, head of the residential property department, said: “We have continued to provide support to clients as they move home throughout the pandemic, and as restrictions ease further we are well placed to assist residential property clients as the market improves.

“We are delighted to have secured such impressive local talent and look forward to the contribution they will make to RCCW’s continued success in the sector and region.”

Managing partner Callum McDonald added: “We are delighted to be able to attract experienced staff with proven credentials and familiarity with the local area, and wish Kim, Rachael and Nicola all the best for their future careers with RCCW.”

“Their openness and transparent approach to block management services are excellent and I look forward to working with new and existing clients across the UK, mainly in Cardiff and Coventry.”

“Solicitor and estate agent Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace LLP (RCCW), based in the North East…”

Well, EYE – I really don’t mind you #NUKING my earlier post stating that you’d incorrectly described this Agent as being “based in the North East” when they are in fact in the North-East of SCOTLAND.

Dare say it’s best to fix your schoolboy error and pretend it had never been made, eh? Nudge, nudge… wink, wink – nothing said and all that.

Problem there being you didn’t – and said schoolboy error remains.

    Oh, dear.

Hopefully you’ll fix it properly this time – I can post these all day…
