Former employer joins former employee’s business
Esther Broomhall & Partners (EB&P), has been joined by Midland’s estate agent, John Shepherd.
Esther Broomhall set up her business, which is based in Knowle, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, with experienced, property professional and former colleague, Lucy Cullen. The successful duo cover locations across Warwickshire, providing a bespoke high-level service to buyers and sellers, including land appraisal and new home sales for builders and developers.
The pair had previously worked with John for many years before he sold his business in early 2019. Esther was employed by John three months after graduating university and Lucy joined John on a works experience placement, while at university, which led to a fulltime position after graduation.
Esther commented: “We have had an extremely successful first year at EB&P, despite launching during the pandemic. Having John as a consultant for the business has provided a reputable source of knowledge. He is exceptionally well-respected in the industry and with homeowners and developers across the Midlands. We are privileged to have John and his work ethic associated with the firm.
