Alto, the cloud-based software for agents and part of Zoopla, has launched new mobile functionality to support agents on-the-go.
Zoopla says that the mobile functionality was the most highly requested feature by Alto customers and will enable agents to operate much more flexibly when outside the office and attending viewings.
Using the new functionality agents will be able to search for contacts on their mobile to access phone numbers, email addresses and other key information when outside the office.
They will also have the ability to manage their diary from their phone – and view appointment details such as notes, contact details and full address (which can be opened directly in maps) and view their full calendar to see all their appointments in one place – as well as cancellations.
Andy Marshall, COO at Zoopla, said: “Alto is all about driving efficiencies for our customers and this new functionality should not only save them time – but also make it easier than ever to be in close contact with their customers – and provide a better experience as a result.”
Ah yes, Alto, built by computer people for property people.
I’d take EstateCraft back in a heartbeat, just for searchable notes and the ability to multi book apps.
But why use one click when you can use 700?
