Advice for how agents can recruit and retain talent

John Paul, CEO and founder of Castledene, which has 12 branches in the north of England, will today discuss what he sees as the best practice approaches to running and retaining staff members in today’s market in a free Goodlord webinar.

With research showing that British staff are resigning at the highest rate since 2009 and almost a third – 29% – are considering moving to a new job this year, recruitment of new hires and retention of existing staff is front of mind for most businesses.

Castledene has previously achieved a “Gold” Investors in People accreditation. During the webinar, Paul will share insights from his own experience on how to hire and retain the best talent, and outline how employers can help them stay motivated and engaged.

    Pay them what they’re worth, don’t overwork them and run them into the ground. The younger generations are fully aware that there needs to be a work life balance otherwise they face burnout, the mentality of work hard to earn more is consistently undermined by exploitative employers looking to pay their staff the least they can get away with. Truly, it’s very simple.
