Spicerhaart has appointed John Munday as regional new homes director for the M4 and Middlesex area.

Munday, 58, brings almost 40 years of estate agency experience to the role having worked for a variety of regional and independent agencies throughout his career.

He joined haart in 2018 and this promotion sees him taking the lead on new homes for the area covering the whole of North London down through the M4 corridor to Berkshire.

Two new promotions at Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield has announced two promotions within its Scottish operation.

Claire Peebles and Conor Nisbet, who are both based in the Glasgow office, have become senior surveyors.

He will focus on residential development sites, Build to Rent, PRS, Purpose Built Student Accommodation, and residential investment portfolios.

West Homes appoints Peter Holdstock as construction director

Weston Homes has appointed Peter Holdstock as construction director for London and the South West Region.

Holdstock, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, joins Weston Homes from Redrow Homes where he worked for the past five years as a senior project manager and then as a construction manager.

He will manage the construction process for a number of key residential and mixed-use schemes in London and the South West of England.
