Former England footballer turned TV pundit and property commentator Dion Dublin is to headline the next South East Property Expo, which returns to The Bat & Ball Centre in Sevenoaks, Kent, on Tuesday 19 September, from 10am-3pm.

The centre forward, who played for Manchester United, Aston Villa and Coventry City among others, is keynote speaker at the free event for homebuyers, sellers, developers, investors, landlords and anyone with an interest in property.

Held annually, the not-for-profit expo organised by leading law firm Thackray Williams, attracts hundreds of guests, with past speakers including TV adventurer Ben Fogle and consumer champion Dominic Littlewood.

Dublin leads a line-up of industry experts sharing the tips and tricks of the trade this year including Dan Coachafer, the mentor for buy-to-let investors behind new2property, John-Paul Rafferty, who has spent 20-plus years in the industry as an estate agent, mortgage advisor, landlord and developer, as well as Hayley Harrison and Gemma Abraham, who specialise in decluttering, de-stressing and redesigning homes through their business Organise-d

Roger McKerlie, founder and co-owner of the Environmental Business Network, and Marion Money from the National Residential Landlords Association are also among the speakers, plus an expert panel explaining everything you need to know about building your own property including planning, cost, regulations and how to find the best plot.

Sean Sanders, managing partner at Thackray Williams, said: “The expo is now in its fifth year and is a must for anyone with an interest in property, from first time buyers right through to experienced developers.

“Guests tell us they always learn something new and the line-up is so varied that I know there will be something for everyone.”
