What do Rightmove price hikes, self-employed agents and interest rates all have in common?

In this latest episode of Pass the Syrup, Ben Madden reflects on the Agents MVMT initiative 15 weeks after launch, and asks for agents across the UK to get involved and help the industry move forward together.

He says: “After 14 episodes, 42 fantastic guests, the podcast being watched more than 4,500 times on YouTube, and coverage in the trade press, leading to more than 80,000 agents consuming Agents MVMT related content, it feels like we might be on to something.

He goes on: “When I started in agency almost 20 years ago, the industry wasn’t what it is now. Social media has played a big part in quality agents working together, collaborating, and simply caring about each other.

“We aren’t perfect, but no profession is. What I have seen first-hand over the last few months, however, is a group that wants to help each other, and is thankful when the help is offered. And of course, we do love a good natter about all things property. Rightmove, self-employed agents and interest rates are perhaps unsurprisingly, real crowd pleasers when it comes to engagement.”
