Is the High Street dead?

This weeks Agents MVMT podcast ‘Pass the Syrup’, presented by Ben Madden, features Rowan Waller of Wallers Estate Agents, Vicky Bibiris of Location Location, and Stuart Collar-Brown of MyAuction.

The guests give their views on the future of estate agency and the merits of being based on the High Street versus your bedroom, as well as pealing back the truth about property values and their true impact on estate agency.

Guests are also asked to talk about great agents they’ve worked with, give their feedback on a current Agents Together challenge mentees are facing, and any tips for agents in the current climate.

If you would like to take part in the Agents MVMT initiative, provide a feature or be a guest on the podcast, please contact Ben Madden directly at ben.madden@fineandcountry.com.

LOL. That old chestnut. What a waste of time, take a look at the high street and then take a look at the bedroom figures 96% v 4% of market. The 4% have spent £m’s and lost it big time. There is a very good reason why the High Street will continue to reign, they aren’t doing it on the cheap and have a face.

It’s your biggest asset. People still want to feel, touch and see when your talking about biggest asset. Do it properly and the high street will never die. Cut corners, cut staff, think massive profit then you may as well be a online agent!
