How dairy! Estate agent drank milk from client’s fridge

Home CCTV footage captured Canadian real estate agent, Michele ‘Mike’ Rose, opening a client’s fridge in a property in Kamloops, British Columbia and helping himself to a large glug of milk from a carton – which he then replaced on the shelf. Rose was at the property on a viewing.

“This was unprofessional in so many ways,” vendor Lyska Fullerton told the Washington Post. The footage left her feeling, “utterly speechless, in shock and creeped out”.

Fullerton sent the CCTV footage to the British Columbia Financial Services Authority — an arm of the Canadian government that regulates the Canadian province’s financial institutions.

Rose’s actions were described as “unbecoming” by the authority, which this summer fined the realtor 20,000 Canadian dollars. That’s almost £12,000 at the current exchange rate.

We are sure that EYE readers would not contemplate such disgraceful behaviour…would you?

I only skimmed (well semi skimmed) through this whole article, which could have been condensed, but any chance this guy had of being seen to be amongst the cream in the industry seems to have evaporated.
