West Wales Properties, an independent estate agency with 10 computer-linked high street offices across a number of locations, including Ammanford, Cardigan, Carmarthen, Fishguard, Haverfordwest, Llanelli, as well as one satellite office, has completed the acquisition of the property management division of Town Coast and Country Estates Ltd.

The purchase, which adds more than 100 managed properties to the firm’s portfolio, represents a major step forward for the West Wales Home Rentals division.

Last year was a record year for West Wales Home Rentals, and the company anticipates that this year will surpass that achievement.

This latest acquisition is part of a string of changes West Wales Home Rentals has made in the last few months.

The first change came in moving its Cardigan office to a prominent high street location.

The second change came from a latest announcement of a new management structure to the company with promotions within the team to create new area managers.
