Paul Alexander Mortgage Consultants, part of The Hogarth Property Group, has been acquired by mortgage brokers Coreco.

Paul Alexander worked closely with the Orchards of London estate agency business, owned and managed by The Hogarth Property Group and acquired by the Leaders Romans Group in 2021. Since that time the operation has continued to function independently whilst a potential partner or acquirer was found.

Paul Connolly, chief executive of The Hogarth Property Group, said “I am delighted that we have secured an ongoing business arrangement for all concerned.

“This outcome is a win for the clients and customers of Paul Alexander who will now be looked after and have access to the exceptional services and products provided by Coreco, a win for The Hogarth Property Group as it now enables us to concentrate 100% on our core Investment, Development and Construction businesses and a win for Coreco who will be able to service and deliver to the well-established Paul Alexander database.”

Andrew Montlake, MD of Coreco, echoed Paul Connolly’s comments.
