Daniel Matthew Estate Agents has expanded after completing the acquisition of Park Estates and Lettings in Barry.

Established by directors Hashim and Sonia Bostany in 2017, Park Estates and Lettings has a rental portfolio of 200 properties and handles around 160 residential sales a year

Based at 14 High Street in Barry, Park Estates and Lettings will become part of the Daniel Matthew Group, which was established by MD Laura Northover in 2015. The Barry team will now relocate to the office.
