Savills has opened a new residential sales and lettings office in Teddington, its tenth in south west London.

Located in a prominent High Street location, the new office represents a key addition to the firm’s local network and bridges the gap between its Richmond, Wimbledon and Esher offices, designed to increase local market share.

The new team, made up mainly of long-standing agents in the area, will cover all market segments in Teddington from first-time buyer flats through to substantial family homes.

In addition, both the sales and lettings departments will extend the office reach across nearby residential areas including Hampton, Hampton Wick, Strawberry Hill and Twickenham.
