Knight Fank named Employer of the Year

Knight Frank has been named Employer of the Year award at the 2021 Business Brilliance Awards.

The ceremony, which took place last week at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, brought together professionals from a wide range of organisations to celebrate brilliance in business around the world.

This year’s BOC Business Brilliance awards recognised companies’ commitment to business excellence in a year of unprecedented transformation and challenges. Knight Frank was joined at the awards by other leading global brands including DHL, Qatar Airways, Pantene and Pretty Green.

The Business Brilliance Employer of the Year award celebrates organisations that have created a stimulating and supportive work environment and a real commitment to the welfare of employees, resulting in high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated, ambitious and integrated workforce.

Knight Frank’s successful entry highlighted the firm’s newly articulated values, to: value the individual; collaborate to succeed; make the difference and commit to partnership. It also shared details of the firm’s commitment to early careers, mental health and wellbeing, inclusion and diversity targets and strategy, and much more besides.

Alistair Elliott, senior partner and group chairman at Knight Frank, said: “Our people are our top priority and most prized asset and we are proud to value every individual at Knight Frank. How we communicate and collaborate is at the heart of our firm’s unique partnership culture and the past 18 months have seen us connect with our colleagues in a way we’ve never done before.

“Marking our 125th anniversary, we are proud to share our newly articulated purpose and values, empowering our people to work responsibly in partnership to enhance people’s lives and environments. This award is testament to all that we’ve achieved so far and are striving to achieve as we look to our next 125 years.”
